Urth Caffé is a long standing Southern California tradition - we started our business in 1989 as the first heirloom and organic coffee company in the USA. We have become an institution for great coffee and a leader in health conscious cuisine. At Urth – we have a variety of positions including hosts, cashiers, baristas, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashing, bakers, office staff, catering, and managers. Many of our managers started from the beginning in the kitchen, or other starting positions, and worked their way up through all of the positions and roles to become key members of management. Even the very first hired employee from 1993 is proudly still with us a top manager.
